Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–12 business days

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • Europe: 7–18 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–18 business days

  • Other International Destinations: 10–25 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions on eligible orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their local authorities.

BoltWorks G LLC is not responsible for these additional charges.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
